Passionate about movement, mountains and nature.
Snow-loaded winter, early warm days of spring, burning sun of summer, 
colorfull autumn... 
So many invitations to step outside and feel alive.

First turns on a snowboard were a revelation. I then dreamed, breathed and lived on-board.

Snowcapped mountains were definitely my wonderland.

After a full winter in Meribel (3 Vallées, France), I spent 2 years work/study program between University of Savoie (Annecy) and a ski shop (Châtel - Portes du Soleil). Learning about economics and business in a mountain environment. 
My spare time was filled with: snowboarding, skiing, wakeboarding, climbing, running,...
Outdoors, summits, nature and motion became obsessions ...

At the end of summer 2005, my son shows up. It's a kick in the butt to move, progress, evolve, and offer him a life full of dreams. I'd like him to devour life! With my sleeves rolled up, I try to make my dreams come true... at least to stand as a positiv picture.

2006, with a friend, we set up a snowboard shop in Châtel. The adventure keeps me 1000% busy, but the frustration grows. Thirst for mountains and freedom. Either I've got my bearings all wrong, or the map in my hands is upside down! 

2008, the horizon changes. Storm enter my life. My shares are sold. Take heart! Let's flee! Heading for Lausanne, where a mountain specialist offers me a fulltime job.

2008-2010, I took a 2nd job in Villars-sur-Ollon. For 2 winters, a few weeks, I rush outside to teach skiing and snowboarding. It's definitely satisfying!

Spring 2010, a trip to Canada blew our minds! Wilderness, authenticity, welcoming people... this country adopted me for a few days, and it took my heart and mind so long to feel at home once we're back in Europe. 

Shortly after our return, we crossed paths with Séverine and Mahée. We'll never leave them. The childs are growing up as brother and sister. We share our weekends and some holidays. Whether 2 or 4, we enjoy the outdoors: lakes & mountains stand as our limitless backyards.
 

Back to the office. From the outset, I was particularly interested in this very one subject: Bootfitting. The art of choosing and fitting skiboots to the skiers' feet (or runners, hikers, bikers...). Soon the interest has turned to a passion. The introduction to anatomy and biomechanics aroused my curiosity. Before the fire runs out, I seek for something to fuel it: encounters, new knowledges, experiences, testimonials, connections.
 

At the end of 2017, I quit my job as a specialist salesman and bootfitter to become a sales rep - foot specialist and trainer for Sidas Switzerland. Sidas is the world leader in bootfitting. On the menu: analysis, foot supports, elements and materials for podiatry and orthopedics, ...

This new position offers incredible opportunities. The blinkers come off ... I take advantage of the situation to "go back to school". German, anatomy, biomechanics, nutrition, neurotherapy, posturology, coaching...

From now on, every day is an opportunity to learn and discover something new. Each session opens my mind to new subjects, and leads to other complementary knowledges... my curiosity is starving,  I'm trying to feed it!

I get to work with friends and family. Our teenagers, my wife and I are my 1st guinea pigs: preparation for 1st trail, "2 week-tests" from Phil Maffetone, his 180 FORMULA, specific programs, neuro/posturo treatments, the power of cold, those little changes in daily life that make a difference... 

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank them, especially my WonderWoman, for her patience and support.

She tests my methods, spends sleepless nights on ultras, follows me outside, supports some crazy projects, balances my daily life and so much more...
